Assuring Quality
Obtaining high-quality responses requires structured panelist intake and ongoing panel management. At City Research Solutions, we sustain the highest standards for panel recruitment and management. Our volunteer panelists are only those individuals who live in and/or visit the Janesville-Beloit MSA, which enables us to continuously provide quality feedback from a known quantity of consumers.
We manage our panel through the following set of standards:
Confirmation of Enrollment:
In an effort to maintain engaged respondents and validate panelist profiles, we require panelists to respond to an introductory email validating their basic account information. Our registration process requires that after panelists complete the intake survey, they must activate their account and confirm their personal information so we can contact them to with surveys and rewards.
Validation for Survey Taking:
We require that panelists provide their email and first and last name at the outset of every survey. This ensures us that the participants are valid and appropriate respondents.
Management:
We practice periodic re-profiling, relationship management, response rate monitoring, and panel refreshing to make sure our panel is constantly up-to-date for our ever-changing Janesville market. We validate our respondents every 12 months. In the constant process of revitalizing our panel, we seek out new recruits to augment existing demographic groups, offset attrition, and to be able to expand the reach of our local panel.
Quality and trust:
Active members provide candid responses because their privacy is guarded and member identity is protected. No individual member information is shared with clients without a panelist's consent. All information gathered by City Research Solutions will be used solely for marketing and research purposes and in a professional and appropriate way.
